He is a Facebook Blueprint-certified creative strategy professional helping businesses grow their presence online. Billy is also the local brand-keeper for Capital One Philippines and SAP Philippines. With a 20-year background in multimedia and brand design, his agency has garnered several Gold Quill awards for works with Asian Development Bank and Insular Life. Armed with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from De La Salle University, Billy also niched his master’s degree at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
