About the course

In our experience, character always wins — too often people are hired for competence, but fired for character. This is why it’s important to ensure your development process fundamentally is focused on teaching and ensuring that your people share the same values as your organization.

The goal of this module is to facilitate change, transformation from within among the participants.

Learning Outline

Based on the transformational leadership program developed by Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges, this module covers the following:

1. Character over Competence
2. Five Breakthrough Habits
3. Heart of a Leader (Pride and Fear)
     • Leadership with pride
     • Leadership with fear
4. The Abraham Lincoln Case
5. Dynamics of Change
