About the course
The pandemic taught us a very important lesson in order to thrive and not merely survive: It doesn’t matter who’s in charge; it matters who’s taking charge. To carry out a role well, leaders need to develop leadership qualities and mindset such as confidence, professionalism, foresight, influence, and good judgment, among others.
By the end of the session, each of the participants will be able to unleash the “leader” within and apply “servant leadership model” and that will enable inspiring others to make a difference regardless of their position or title.
